Questions We Get a Lot
Start with your intended use — a 10x10 structure works well for a defined seating area, while a 12x16 fits larger gatherings or dining setups. We recommend measuring your space and leaving at least two to three feet of clearance on each side for a comfortable, open feel.
Several of our structures are built with that in mind — options like the Cedar Pergola Kit are snow and wind rated, and our metal gazebos feature UV-protected polycarbonate roofing and heavy-duty aluminum frames designed for year-round use. Always check the individual product details for specific ratings and material specs.
Both work — a few of our patio furniture sets actually include a fire pit table built into the configuration, which makes it easy to create a cohesive gathering space. If you already have seating you love, a standalone propane fire pit table is a straightforward way to add warmth and a focal point to any arrangement.
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. — please note this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If something isn't right, our 30-Day Return policy has you covered — visit our Return Policy page for full details on the process.
About Our Best Sellers
The Sanctum Scapes best sellers collection brings together the outdoor living pieces our customers reach for most — and it's easy to see why. From cedar wood pergola kits engineered with ground anchors and weather ratings to louvered pergolas with adjustable roofing and integrated drainage, these structures are built to handle real seasons while looking intentional doing it. Hardtop gazebos with galvanized steel roofing and FSC-certified spruce frames sit alongside sleek aluminum-frame metal gazebos designed for year-round use. For gathering spaces, our patio furniture sets pair durable olefin rope and rattan wicker construction with deep cushioning built for all-day comfort. The fire pit table lineup rounds things out with high-output propane burners and stainless steel construction — everything you need to turn a backyard into the place people actually want to be. Every piece here earns its place.
